Spencer McGinn, Private and Group Guitar
Location: Montessori Kids Academy
Spencer McGhin currently attends the Georgia State University School of Music where he studies Classical Guitar Performance. In addition, he has been teaching since 2007 and has performed in numerous public concerts, including the retirement celebration of the Consulate of Colombia, and in the the Tennessee State Guitar Festival. Through the years Spencer has integrated the academic, rigid approach of the University with his own encouraging, and casual style of teaching. In this way, students
are apt to learn far more while still maintaining an interest in lessons. Proficient in many different styles of Guitar music, including Bossa Nova, Rock, and Classical, Spencer will provide your student with the key musical skills that will translate well into any future or current musical endeavor.

Rebecca Windham, Piano and Voice
Location: Montessori Kids Academy
An avid educator as well as performer, Rebecca combines a Master's Degree in Music with over 20 years of performance, recording, and teaching experience. She is proud of her private music students, many of whom have won scholarships, excelled in competitions and festivals, produced their own albums, advanced to perform professionally, and received local and national awards, including recognition in Billboard magazine and Time Warner New Artist of the Year Award.
This native Tennessean and Rhodes College graduate has 3 CD's to her credit, a vocal jazz arrangement on the Sony/BMG record label, and a combined performance, recording, and touring resume spanning the U.S., England, Scotland, Wales, France, and Japan, including opening for Mel Torme and co- founding the acclaimed vocal jazz quartet, South City Voices. Rebecca has also appeared as a guest performing artist/lecturer with nationally renowned author and American song scholar Dr. Philip Furia at Middle Tennessee State University for a tribute to songwriter Johnny Mercer, and most recently again with the South City Voices on the 2nd album of pop recording artist Brent Cash on the German record label, Marina Records, released in 2011.
When not performing or teaching privately, Rebecca divides her time and passions among arranging, writing, producing, recording, directing, and conducting music workshops, recitals, and student showcases throughout the Atlanta area.
